Just Closed | Brittany + Justin

There’s nothing that excites me more then to see a family invest in their future by becoming homeowners, especially when its your family. This first post of the year is a very special one and it’s making me tear up as I write it.

I am beyond excited and so very proud to have closed on my Sister and Brother-in-laws first home today. It makes my heart soooo happy to know our family is going to have a place of their very own to grow and make a bazillion incredible memories in.

God’s timing is always the best. We believed and trusted, we asked and knocked and the perfect door was open for them at the perfect time.

All Brittany and Justin wanted for Christmas was a home for their family and that is what they got.

We went under contract right before Christmas and closed in only 17 days with 2 holidays and an additional appraisal inspection but that’s because we used our Rock Star Loan Officer Lauren Bryson of Safe Harbor Mortgage. She’s got all of God’s favor. Like seriously. Lauren is such a go getter and understood the importance and time sensitivity of making it to the closing table TODAY! I cannot say enough beautiful things about Lauren and her incredible work ethic.

The Seller and listing agent were such a dream to work with and truly a God send. They prayed for us and knew that God would send the right family to buy their home.

Thank you C. Robin Wyatt, P.C. for a proficient and seemless closing. We got our CTC this morning and they made it happen for us in just a few hours.
